We supply goods exclusively from the factories themselves in China without hidden fees and extra charges. The manufacturers themselves place the goods on our marketplace and control prices.


Delivery method

We carry out delivery by a transport company convenient for you on the territory of the Russian Federation after the goods arrive from China.


Cost and delivery time

The cost and delivery time are agreed with the manager of our marketplace, who will contact you immediately after you place your order. From China, the order takes about 40 days.


Attention! Incorrect phone number, inaccurate or incomplete address may result in additional delay! Please carefully check your personal data when registering and placing an order. The confidentiality of your registration data is guaranteed.


Place of delivery

Delivery is carried out to the address indicated when placing the order. If you need to deliver the goods to a different address, you must provide the address to the manager of the Delivery Service, who will contact you directly after placing the order on the site.


Rules

Upon delivery, you will be given all the necessary documents for the purchase: sales receipt, cash receipt, as well as a warranty card. When making a purchase for an organization, you will be given an invoice, as well as an invoice in which you need to put the seal of your organization. The price indicated in the documents sent to you by the courier is final, the courier does not have the right to adjust the price. Shipping costs are shown separately in the purchase documents.


Attention! Please remember that you should check all the technical parameters and consumer properties of the purchased goods with our manager before the purchase of the goods. The duties of the employees of the Delivery Service do not include consultations and comments on the consumer properties of the goods. If you need to install the product purchased in our store, you need to inform our manager about it. Upon delivery of the ordered goods to you, check the completeness of the delivered goods, the operability of the goods, the compliance of the delivered goods with the description on our marketplace, and also check the goods for mechanical damage. If you do not declare claims regarding mechanical damage upon receipt of the goods, such claims will not be considered in the future.
